2020 kidding season is here!
So far both Dovey and Daisy have kidded mid February, Dovey had triplet doelings and Daisy had twin bucklings. We are retaining two of Dovey's doelings and 1 of Daisy's bucklings.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!!!!
Well we made it, Made it to the new year!
Hello guys and gals!
January is a bit of a slow month for us and nothing really seems to happen. Our first goat ever Mhenlo (Wether) turns 5 this year, So Happy Birthday Mhenlo. His birthday is on Jan 6th.
As of right now, we have 2 does due in February and 1 doe due in March. Up first are Daisy (13th) and Dovey (14th), with Vess kidding the next month.Read Full Post »

So first things first, We added three new Nigerians to our herd; Ragnar, Dovey and Daisy. The two does are both bred and are due in February 2020, So we will have a busy month. Ragnar is our only intact buck and will be used for our next breeding season in November 2020. These three came to us from our friend Dave at Mad Farms (Completely sold out, we wish him and his family the best as they carry on with their lives)

So totally a whirlwind around here these days! We are changing it up again!!!!
First we will continue to breed our Nigerian Dwarf goats, however, we plan to keep only a small herd for a few years then grow. We will maintain our ADGA membership throughout.
We will also be continuing to breed our poultry! That being said, we have changed up breeds and varieties. We will be breeding the following:

We have switched gears and have started back up with our Ameraucanas. As some of you may already know we have bred Large fowl Blacks,Blues, Buffs, Mottled and Self Blues in the past, while we fell in love with these varieties we wanted to keep things fairly organized this timearound with less varieties.
We purchased our first stock in Wheaten Ameraucana Bantams in the first part of August. These little birds are gorgeous!
